We offer a full range of fly fishing equipment from the tackle room. Snowbee fly rods and lines, and their fly reels are exceptional quality at a good price, and we are happy for you to take the choosen combination out onto the lake and try before you buy.
Fishing bags, landing nets and all the essential tackle is available. We are all fly fishermen at Blakewell, and know the water inside out, so ask us about flys and conditions, what’s working and what’s not, there’s 1000’s of flys to choose from.
Tackle hire is available; the full combination. If you are just starting, or left your kit at home, we carry all the tackle needed to hire for a days fishing. Tackle hire costs £5.00, and a £35.00 deposit is required on the equipment, which is refunded at the end of your session. ( provided it’s not broken ) The hire tackle is good so please look after it.
